Meet Our Pastors

Senior Pastors Nicholas

& Dee Dee Neese

Pastors Nicholas and Dee Dee Neese are passionate about one thing above all else—seeing people experience the life-changing presence of Jesus Christ. Their heart is to build a church where every person is welcomed, every generation is valued, and every life has the opportunity to be transformed by the power of God.

Married for nearly twenty years, Nicholas and Dee Dee are blessed with a wonderful family, including their oldest son, Zack, his wife, Haley, and their youngest son, Kathan. Family is one of their greatest blessings, and they believe strong families are the foundation of a thriving church.

Pastor Nicholas is a third-generation minister who accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of eight and answered God’s call to ministry at sixteen. Since entering ministry in 1998, he has faithfully served in a variety of leadership roles, including Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, Worship Pastor, and Youth Pastor. For eleven years, he served as Executive Pastor and Worship Pastor at Morgantown Church of God in Foxworth, Mississippi, where he helped develop leaders, strengthen ministry, and cultivate an atmosphere where people could encounter the presence of God through worship and the teaching of His Word.

Dee Dee accepted Christ at a young age and has been a successful business owner for more than thirty years. She brings wisdom, leadership, creativity, and a heart for excellence to every area of ministry. Her gift for hospitality, decorating, and event planning helps create environments where people feel welcomed, valued, and inspired from the moment they arrive.

Together, Nicholas and Dee Dee are living testimonies of God’s miraculous healing power. Having personally experienced God’s faithfulness in extraordinary ways, they are committed to sharing a message of hope—that no life is beyond God’s reach and no situation is too difficult for His power. Their testimony fuels their passion to see others experience healing, freedom, restoration, and new life through Jesus Christ.

Their vision is to build a church that passionately worships God, boldly proclaims His Word, intentionally disciples believers, strengthens families, reaches the lost, and raises up the next generation of leaders. They believe the local church should be a place where faith comes alive, broken lives are restored, miracles are expected, and every person is empowered to fulfill God’s purpose for their life.

Outside of ministry, Pastor Nicholas enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, enjoying a great cup of coffee, and cheering on football at every level. Dee Dee loves traveling, investing in her family, and using her creativity to design beautiful spaces and memorable events that bring people together.

Whether you have followed Christ for many years or are simply searching for hope, Pastors Nicholas and Dee Dee invite you to become part of the Lighthouse Church family. Their prayer is that every person who walks through the doors will encounter the presence of God, discover authentic community, and leave forever changed by the love of Jesus Christ.

At Lighthouse Church, our vision is to be a beacon of hope—leading people to Jesus, equipping them through God’s Word, empowering them to live with purpose, and shining the light of Christ throughout our community and beyond.

Love God. Love People. Build Disciples. Change Lives.

I deeply admire the leadership at Lighthouse Church and their genuine heart for serving the community. Lighthouse is more than just a church: it’s a family that continually demonstrates what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Their commitment to reaching out, visiting, and inviting others to experience God’s love is a true reflection of their devotion to the Lord and their love for people.
